Job Summary:

Under the direction of the President & CEO, the Director of Operations will oversee daily operations that support the delivery of quality care to Home Health, Palliative and Hospice patients/families in a safe, efficient and effective manner. Creating an environment that fosters and promotes compassion, respect, sensitivity, confidentiality, and expert base patient care delivery will be of importance. The Director of Operations  will work closely with the Director of Home Health and the Director of Hospice and Palliative Care to problem solve, implement and monitor processes to achieve our mission and strategic goals.  

Essential Qualifications:  Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Administration/Business, five (5) years experience in healthcare management/operations, and a combination of education and experience that demonstrates competencies are preferred.  A  strong knowledge of home health and hospice and its relationship to the community, reliable and insured transportation, and a valid NH Drivers License are also required.
