The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the Management Team of various outpatient practices to include Primary care, Behavioral Health Specialties, and Case Management. The Administrative Assistant is accountable to the Vice President of Physician Services and works closely with the management team of professional services.
Essential Responsibilities: Collaborating and supporting the management team and administrative staff to promote an organized productive, and efficient work environment. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, maintain meeting minutes and ensuring tasks from the agenda are on track based on the assignments and data input.
Essential Qualifications: Prior administrative assistant experience required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and must have exceptional multi-tasking, and communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational, speaking and writing skills, and good grammar/spelling knowledge required.
