Job Description



Job Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the system Payroll/AP Manager is responsible for the daily and strategic oversight and management of all functions within the payroll and accounts payable operations for North Country Healthcare and its affiliates. Direct reports include the payroll lead, accounts payable lead, and payroll/AP clerks.

Essential Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, finance, or related field required a minimum of 5 years of work experience in payroll and accounts payable with at least 3 years of leadership experience required. Additional experience preferred.  Must have knowledge of payroll and accounts payable concepts, best practices, rules, and regulations required. Knowledge of out-of-state payroll regulations is preferred.  Knowledge of payroll and accounts payable systems including ADP and/or Meditech Expanse preferred.
