Split office locations between Whitefield and Lancaster Outpatient Clinics

Job Summary

The APRN/PA will provide direct patient care services through these services will include but not limited to: recording physical and mental status, performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, implementing and managing plans of care, as well as prescribing and dispensing medications. The APRN/PA is accountable to the Director of Physician Services, Supervising Physician, and alternates. The APRN/PA will work closely with the clinical and medical staff. In addition, he/she must interact with other employees in the performance of his/her duties.

  • Provider must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care

Primary Care:

  • Pediatric through Geriatric
  • High elderly population
  • Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
  • 16-20 patients per day
  • 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
  • EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
  • Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
