Job Summary:

The Assistant Practice Manager is an exempt position responsible and accountable for the daily administrative and clinical operations of the Weeks Medical Center Rural Health Clinics for Behavioral Health and the North Country Recovery Programs in Lancaster, Whitefield, Littleton, Groveton, North Stratford, and Colebrook Locations. The Assistant Practice Manager will work with members of the Medical Staff and other clinical disciplines to develop and implement a plan for the provision of patient care and is also responsible for the development and implementation of a plan to measure, assess and improve quality of care delivered to patients in each clinical area. The Assistant Practice Manager is responsible for optimizing workflow and improving efficiency, overseeing clinical issues and ensuring day to day functions are maintained,  is responsible for clinical quality, oversight, coordination and standardization of Behavioral Health and MAT programs, and for the development of goals, objectives, and standards of practice, as well as policies and procedures.

Essential qualifications:

  • Degree in Behavioral Health related field; Bachelors of Social Work or Registered Nurse with Mental Health experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years prior management/supervisory experience - multi-specialty office practice setting preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of gathering date and making sound decision.
