Cardiac Rehab Clinical Coordinator - OTA, PTA, Exercise Physiologist
Job Description
The position qualifies for a Commencement Bonus of up to $15,000.
Wage Range: $19.66 - $29.49
Job Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of the Cardiac Clinical Supervisor, the Cardiac Rehab Coordinator's primary responsibilities revolve around conducting the daily activities of the Cardiac Rehab program at Weeks Medical Center. This includes managing participants' therapy plans and monitoring progress towards goals; organizing cardiac wellness and recovery education. Also performs clinical exercise assessment, fitness testing, individual patient exercise prescription development, and delivers disease-specific education in promoting risk reduction and a healthy lifestyle.
Essential Requirements:
Licensed as a PTA or as an OTA in the State of New Hampshire or hold a BS in Exercise Physiology. BLS and ACLS are required. Experience in a cardiac rehab setting preferred.
