Job Summary:

Responsible for the preloading of patient information and reconciling what is in the chart to ensure it is correct. This staff member may also be called upon to room patients when doing so they will work under the supervision of the provider, to ensure that quality care is provided to adult and pediatric patients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistants preferred Registration Skills Excellent Customer Service Work Experience One-year medical office experience preferred POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining confidential records of vital statistics and other pertinent data in the electronic medical records system.  Notified patients of diagnostic test results, preloading and review patient information, chart reconciliation and the rooming of patients when needed.
