Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities involve assuring the overall successful implementation and operation of clinical information applications, modules, and systems as well as training and supporting the end users of those clinical applications. Critical to the role will be an understanding of workflows to ensure effective and efficient use of systems, continuous improvement, and module integrations

Essential Qualifications: Associates degree in computer science or clinical discipline or equivalent experience is required.  ITIL, CompTIA, and PMI certification are preferred.  Must possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, have strong technical aptitude, be detail oriented, and be able to troubleshoot technical issues and document workflow processes.  Knowledge in healthcare or information technology is preferred.
