Job Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator is a registered nurse. He/she will work full time and is responsible for clinical quality, oversight, coordination, and standardization. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for optimizing workflow, improving efficiency, overseeing clinical issues, and ensuring day-to-day functions within the teams are well maintained. The Clinical Coordinator also works as a member of the clinical team and is responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process to ensure that quality care is provided to patients enrolled in the North Country Recovery Center program. She/he will oversee other non-provider team members in the provision of care to patients with substance misuse/addiction. Follows and promotes best practices in the treatment of addiction.

Essential Qualifications:  Previous supervisory experience preferred. Proficient computer skills required (EMR, Kronos timekeeping). Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Professional: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current NH Nursing License (RN). BLS certification required. Knowledge of new trends and techniques in nursing. A minimum of two years experience working with an office-based EMR. Prior experience dealing with patients experiencing substance addiction preferred MOAB required within one year of hire.
