Job Summary:

The Clinical Practice Manager for Cardiology, Pulmonology and Sleep is a Registered Nurse who oversees all practice functions to include, operational, financial, and Administrative activities.  The Manager will work collaboratively with other managers and clinic/clerical staff to ensure the needs of the patients are met and that they are receiving the services they require.  The Manager also functions as part of the Clinical Team.

Essential Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current NH Nursing License (RN) and possess basic computer skills as well as knowledge of new trends and techniques in nursing. Supervisory experience for minimum of 2 years preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in nursing preferred.  BLS Certification is required.  Must have excellent leadership and organizational skills are essential with orientation to detail and accuracy Possess highly developed written and verbal skills. Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of making sound decisions.
