Job Description

        The Data Scientist Will compile, organize and analyze healthcare clinical, financial, operational, and quality data . Will establish training and delivery methods using reports and dashboards:
         Responsibilities include:

        • Data mining, cleaning, and extraction
        • Interpret data, analyze results and use statistical techniques
        • Create and validate reports, dashboards, and visualizations
        • Trend and identify data patterns
        • Acquire data from multiple sources for complete data visibility
        • Process confidential information and protected data according to regulation and policy
        • Provide end user training with access, use, and customization of end user data tools (ex BCA)
        • Aid in report automation tools and delivery options
        • Troubleshoot reporting issues
        • Use SQL with R and Python, MT Report Designer, MT Report Writer, Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Report Builder, MicroStrategy, and MT BCA analytics tools
        • Acts as a resource and works closely with IT operational and clinical teams
        • Work closely with executive, clinical, financial and quality teams for data reporting needs

        The minimum requirements of the position are a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related field and one year of experience in any suitable position related to Data Analyst. Education in lieu of experience will be accepted. Experience or education must include SQL Experience in R or Python and data analytics.
