Job Summary:
Primary Care:
- Pediatric through Geriatric
- High elderly population
- Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
- 18+ patients per day
- Monday through Friday 8-5
- 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant

Available Specialty service include: Integrated Behavioral Health team, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT/Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine, Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, Urology, Wound Center, and more.
Essential Qualifications:
Board certified (or eligible) with a preferred 2 years experience in outpatient setting. Active and unrestricted license in New Hampshire or able to obtain. ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required. |
