Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities include assisting with the buying of supplies, entry of statistical data reports, computer updates, and clerical functions involved with the Materials Management Department. The HME will recruit, develop and maintain a well-trained, empowered, high performance team and will coordinate and approve the development of the departmental goals and objectives to ensure operations exceed operating goals and service level expectations. This position reports to the NCH Director of Materials Management in coordination with the President of North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency.

Essential Qualifications: College degree or certification in a clinical specialty preferred.  A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare. Must possess strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to exercise initiative and judgment in effectively planning and organizing. Must also be able to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with all levels of the organization and the public. The successful applicant will have a broad knowledge of computer systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).
