Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, carries out day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, benefits, leave, and assisting managers with policy interpretation.


Education, Required Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred. Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: In lieu of formal education, appropriate work experience may be substituted. Prior experience in the human resources profession with experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Must be able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
