POSITION SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals to drive business success. This role is pivotal in shaping workforce strategy, providing guidance on HR-related matters, and supporting organizational development. The HRBP will partner with leadership to enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.

Certification:

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Licensure:

  • Association* accredited course in Basic Life Support (BLS) (for clinical staff), or Heartsaver CPR AED (for nonclinical staff), and renewal on a regular basis, with up to a three-month grace period after the expiration date.

Skills:

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

 

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience required, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth.
  2. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related issues.
  3. Assist with developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
  4. Assist with facilitating talent management, including succession planning and leadership development.
  5. Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
  6. Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  7. Collaborate on the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  8. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
  9. Manage change initiatives and support organizational transitions.
  10. Drive employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
  11. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  12. Foster collaboration across HR functions and with business leaders.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive HR innovation.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
