Job Description



Job Summary:

Primary responsibilities include assisting with the buying of supplies, order tracking, entry of statistical data reports, computer updates, and clerical functions involved with the Materials Management Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education, Required Licenses/Certifications: Associates Degree is highly desirable. Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience in a stock room or receiving setting is desirable. Must be able to read and comprehend purchase orders, receiving reports, bills of lading, inventory listings and requisitions. Must have good computer skills and a willingness to learn new automated systems. Must be willing and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Must be willing to travel and work at multiple locations within the NCH footprint. In lieu of a formal education, appropriate work experience may be substituted. Familiarity with computer applications required. Must have technical aptitude and a willingness to learn software applications used.
