Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Operations Director is responsible for the non-clinical operations of the hospital pharmacies to ensure definition of and adherence to defined best practice protocols, and the optimization of systems to support the pharmacy operations across NCH.  The POD works closely and collaboratively with the hospital site Pharmacy Director(s)/Pharmacist(s) in Charge or PIC(s) in a "servant leader" role.

Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in Health Care management, public health or business related field.   Directly related experience in an administrative role in a hospital pharmacy may be taken into consideration in exchange for the education requirement.  Experience in pharmacy operations preferred.
