Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the primary location President, with a dotted line reporting structure to the North Country Healthcare Presidents, analyzes the current medical staff composition including specialty, anticipated retirements, board certification and status. Conducts interviews or written staff surveys to gather all applicable data. Reviews the Hospital Strategic Plan, System Medical Staff Development Plan and service line growth objectives along with the Community Health Needs Assessment. Identifies potential gaps in service and vulnerabilities. Determines perceived needs for recruitment based on this assessment, planned retirements, family needs that could lead to relocation, and satisfaction of providers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education, Required Licenses/Certifications: An Associates Degree in Secretarial Science and five years administrative experience preferred. ASPR Fellowship Certification Recruiter Certificate required. If not ASPR certified, must obtain certification within one year of position acceptance. A proven record of successful work experience may be substituted for a degree. Work Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Professional communication skills a must. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, demonstrate initiative and technical aptitude.
