Pharmacist Clinical Supervisor
Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, provides leadership and clinical support to the Pharmacy Department staff. Manages the day-to-day operations and workflow, ensuring a positive patient and staff experience.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy and a licensed Pharmacist with the State of New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy. Must have a minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience. Prior experience with sterile compounding programs, hospital policies/procedures, and implementing clinical programs preferred. Strong critical thinking skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with computer applications is required and one must have the technical aptitude and willingness to learn software applications.
