$20,000 Commencement Bonus
Job Summary:
As a PT at NCHHHA, you will have the opportunity to create a
tailored plan of care for Home Health patients and assist them in functioning
at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement
potential for patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our PTs are an integral
part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and are responsible for the supervision
of PTAs. You will maintain a high level of autonomy and work to the top of your license. Our
PTs enjoy a flexible workday, with an option to start and end your day from
home. Strong clinical support and educational resources provide, as well as
support in obtaining certifications in your area of expertise.
Essential Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's degree required, preferably a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, holds a current and valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy license and BLS certificate, and be proficient in computer use to include MS Office Suite.
