Job Summary:

 The Primary Care Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of immunization information in MediTech and NHIS, will scan any relevant documents in the EMR system, and will alert staff to any immunization discrepancies.  The specialist will be the liaison between Weeks Medical Center and NHIS staff and will work closely with the Primary care Teams and with Administration to ensure prompt documentation of Immunization information. The Primary Care data entry specialist is accountable to the Lancaster Clinical Practice Manager. This is a temporary 9 - 12 month position.

Essential qualifications: LNA, MA, or CMA licensure is preferred with  2 -3 years of previous general office experience required.  Must be proficient with Microsoft products. Must have strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently while also recognizing the importance of teamwork. Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
