Job Summary:
The Respiratory Care Practitioner is a valuable member of the healthcare team who demonstrates knowledge, skill, and professionalism when interacting with peers and patients. The RT must be able to provide age appropriate care to a diversified patient population. This individual must demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as the AARC standards of practice.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate from an approved/accredited Program of Respiratory Care and a current New Hampshire License/Registration is required. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for respiratory care. Current ACLS certification or eligible for certification by National Board of Respiratory Care. PALS and NRP certification or must be able to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Participation in continuing education program.
