Job Summary:
The Cardiology Registered Nurse (RN) Team Lead will maintain an effective Cardiac Rehab program and is responsible for managing clinical staff to ensure best practices; assisting clinical staff with concerns, and communicating with the Practice Manager on clinical and staffing issues. The Team Lead will ensure the daily efficiency of the cardiology department including monitoring patient schedules, assisting with prescriptions, managing supplies, and addressing staffing concerns, and will act as a liaison between the cardiology group, NCH providers, and other clinical departments to ensure referrals and cardiac testing are performed in a timely manner.
Essential Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, current NH RN license and BLS & ACLS certification required, PALS preferred. Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience and 2 years of cardiology and supervisory experience preferred.
