Job Summary:

The Home Health Registered Nurse implements teaching appropriate to the patient’s needs and within the context of his or her home environment and value system. To provide nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) assumes the responsibility and accountability for the practice of professional nursing in a manner consistent with the NH State Nurse Practice Act in the home setting . This is considered a 1.0 FTE exempt position that starts Friday at 4:30 pm and ends at 8:00 am Monday morning and includes call and visits. 

Essential Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH RN License and BLS  certification required.  Must be proficient oral and written communication skills. and have excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.  Current clinical experience preferred.
