Scheduling Team Lead
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Scheduling Team Lead is responsible for
providing scheduling oversight and management to the scheduling department.
Communication with staff daily to identify schedule changes and challenges will
be the primary focus of the supervisor. Assisting with reports and ensuring
quality is maintained will all be the responsibility of the team lead. This is
a fast-paced position that requires a multi-tasker who can move quickly with a
high degree of accuracy.
* High School Diploma * 2+ years of recent home care or hospice experience
preferred, other scheduling experience considered. * Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. * Ability to give effective constructive
criticism and mentor members of the scheduling department. * Strong computer skills necessary and
experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. * Ability to work under pressure and role model
agency values. * Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
quickly and effectively. * Strong organizational, decision-making, and
time management skills. * Dependable and able to be flexible to the
needs of the scheduling team. * Previous supervisory experience or leadership
experience preferred but not required. Licenses/Insurance: Access to operable, insured motor vehicle and valid
driver’s license with acceptable record of safe driving practices.
